AETEA SPOCS are selected based upon applicable experience, client project methodology, as well as industry and technical specialization. Our SPOC partners with our client stakeholders to define the composition of the delivery team including roles, skills, quantity and project life-cycle timeframes.
Our SPOC’s are traditionally PMI certified/trained as well experienced in one or more of the leading methodologies such as Agile & Scrum.
