We serve our clients and consultants interests via clearly defined services and offerings.

IT Staffing – Conventional IT staffing focusing broadly on Application Development and Infrastructure related roles. AETEA offers Short-term to long-term staff augmentation, Contract-to-hire and Direct Hire staffing services.

Digital & Creative IT Staffing – As a dedicated division within our staffing services umbrella, our creative team partners with a very defined demographic within our market place. Recognizing the subtle nuances within this space and clients/groups therein that utilize these specialized IT resources, AETEA offers the same staff augmentation services as our conventional IT staffing but with a specialized portfolio of skills.

Healthcare IT Services – AETEA’s Healthcare IT Services support organizations and their ability to take on robust initiatives or maintain support of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, data analytics, information security and core IT systems. AETEA’s experience and depth of specialized talent within the Provider space, helps our clients respond to their initiatives quicker and with heightened confidence.

Government Services – Working with government agencies and integrators requires a defined process and know how in order to be a true value to these groups and the consultants we place. Clearances, on-boarding, screening, quality metrics, and compliance within the public services space are unique unto itself. AETEA supports our government related clients with the same level of meaningful due diligence as we perform for our other service lines, but with a keen intellect and process comprehension related to government processes. This standalone division provides true benefit to those we serve and partner with.

Managed Services – Over time our clients have come to expect great results from AETEA. While seeking new or better ways to enhance the value we provide, Managed Services evolved as a logical compliment to what we already had been providing for over 30 years. In many cases, our consultants on assignment comprised a high percentage of a client’s overall or specific group’s total IT headcount. Managing the volume of resources and partnering with our clients toward shared goals was the logical evolution of AETEA.

While the AETEA services and offerings vary subtly or significantly, the one unifying element for all is the AETEA Engagement and Delivery framework. The true essence of what we do, how we have been successful and the value appreciated by our consultants and clients alike comes from our unwavering commitment to this proven processes.
